Where is my plan?
Your plans are an instant download, and there are two ways to get to them:
- 01 You are emailed a download link right after purchase. Check your spam folder - search for "SpiderCarts" and it usually turns up.
- 02 Sign in at your account with the email you used at checkout. Every plan you own is there for life - no password needed, we send a sign-in link.
- 03 Paid with PayPal? The receipt may have gone to your PayPal address rather than the one you typed. Try that inbox too.
