How to request one
Email service@spidercarts.com, or use the contact form, with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain yourself, and there is nothing to ship back - every product we sell is a digital download.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your downloads
When a purchase is refunded, access to the plan files ends with it. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep on your own machine, but the plans remain copyrighted and the licence to build from them ends with the refund.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund takes one email and is faster than a chargeback for everyone involved.
